If you choose to start a conversation, what you say or type, and the assistant's replies, are processed by our assistant providers, Atlas and Vapi, to answer you in real time. Voice audio travels over a secure connection provided by Daily. Voice conversations are recorded and transcribed so we can follow up on your request and improve the assistant. The assistant asks for microphone access only when you start a voice conversation, and you can decline or end the conversation at any time. We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver services, and improve our website. We do not sell personal information. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law.
