DSR Public Health Foundation

The challenge: Applying for complex federal grants and Requests for Applications for rural health transformation took exhaustive manual labor. That limited how fast the foundation could pursue funding, and how much of it.
What we built: Contract Wizard, an automated proposal platform tuned on federal procurement regulations. It reads complex NOFOs and RFAs, then drafts compliant grant narratives the team can review and refine.
The result: Millions of dollars in funding secured using the platform.

Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce

The challenge: Routine inbound calls, emails, and information requests divided staff attention across multiple roles. Whenever the front desk was vacant, things backed up.
What we built: AIMEE, an AI receptionist that manages inbound and outbound calls around the clock, handles routine questions, and updates CRM records on her own.
The deployment: Engineered to absorb up to 80% of routine receptionist and membership-assistant tasks, with coverage that does not end at 5pm.

Nature Coast Women's Care

The challenge: The clinic ran on paper across intake and records, with a transition that had to happen against fixed deadlines and without interrupting patient care.
What we built: A process automation program that moved the clinic's operations off paper, sequenced so staff could keep working through the transition.
The engagement: The paperless transition was delivered against critical deadlines, with the practice administrator reporting expectations exceeded at every step.

The challenge: Two problems at once: MyEliteProducts.com needed to operate as one system with Amazon rather than two disconnected storefronts, and the team's technical writing for grant proposals and RFPs was a manual bottleneck.
What we built: A full integration between MyEliteProducts.com and Amazon, aligning systems and workflows for order processing and fulfillment, alongside custom AI assistants that draft grant proposals and RFP responses.
The result: Seamless order processing and fulfillment across both channels, and roughly three times the content output from the same team.

The challenge: Staff fielded the same questions by phone all day, pulling time away from programs and the families the club exists to serve.
What we built: A customer service chatbot that handles the club's most common questions directly, escalating only what genuinely needs a person.
The result: Inbound call volume dropped roughly 45% within the first 30 days.

The challenge: Administrative work competes directly with teaching time across a district-sized organization, and any tool has to fit the systems schools already run.
What we built: Collaboration on AI tools aimed at the district's administrative workflows, scoped around what educators actually do rather than what demos well.
The engagement: An ongoing collaboration focused on giving administrative time back to instruction.

The challenge: Staff needed practical AI skills they could use immediately, not a conceptual overview that leaves everyone where they started.
What we built: Two tailored training sessions: AI Overview & Prompt Engineering, and Microsoft Copilot in Practice, built around the team's real day-to-day work.
